DESCRIPTION:Pierre Couprie est Professeur de musicologie à l’université d’Évry/Paris-Saclay et chercheur permanent au Centre d’histoire culturelle des sociétés contemporaines (CHCSC) – EA 2448. Il concentre ses recherches sur la musique électroacoustique et le développement d’outils interactifs pour l’analyse (iAnalyse et EAnalysis) et la performance musicale. En 2015\, il obtient le Prix Qwartz Max Mathews de l’innovation technologique pour ses logiciels d’aide à l’analyse musicale. Il est aussi improvisateur électroacousticien au sein du collectif Les Phonogénistes et de l’Orchestre National Electroacoustique \nThème de la conférence :\nDepuis le milieu du XXe siècle\, les compositeurs et les musiciens ont imaginé de nombreuses manières d’écrire la musique. Avec les technologies numériques\, les créateurs de musique électroacoustique ont commencé à manipuler des représentations du son et des graphiques permettant de visualiser des données comme les courbes d’amplitude ou le MIDI. De leur côté\, les musicologues étudient la création musicale contemporaine à l’aide de transcriptions\, de visualisations de paramètres musicaux ou de représentations analytiques.
